Bio

Emma was born and raised in San Diego, and began studying drama in high school at the La Jolla Playhouse and the Old Globe Theatre. Emma attended San Francisco State and UCLA where she studied psychology. On leaving college she again turned to acting and attended, The American School in Switzerland (TASIS) in London.

Having done several guest spots on TV, Emma’s break came when she landed a recurring role on popular teen drama Beverley Hills 90201. She originally guest starred on Buffy in just one episode but the success of her role meant that she was brought back and eventually became one of the regular cast, staying with the series until the end.

After leaving Buffy, Emma has written and produced her own ‘mocumentary’, Bandwagon which includes cameo appearance from some of her Buffy co-stars, including Joss Whedon, which she later turned into a web-series. Emma has also appeared in several TV series including a regular role on Life Unexpected (2010-2011), Fantasy Hospital (2016) and Once Upon a Time (2012-2016), she has also guest starred in series such as Leverage, Supergirl, Training Day and Fear the Walking Dead and can next be seen in WandaVision.
