HBO’s programming Chief Casey Bloys has confirmed that Joss Whedon’s new show, The Nevers will start filming in London in the summer.

Speaking to The Wrap, he said:

“[Whedon} has been furiously writing the scripts. He’s been writing, he has a staff, and we’re shooting this summer.” He continued, “It’s really exciring. I think he’s excited to be back in the television space… it’s really a cool, different show.”

The Nevers is described as an “epic science fiction drama about a gang of Victorian women who find themselves with unusual abilities, relentless enemies, and are on a mission that might change the world.”
