A new generation of slayers could be coming soon.

Sarah Michelle Gellar is gearing up to return to one of her most iconic roles in “Cruel Intentions”, but the actress hasn’t ruled out returning to her role as “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” either, Entertainment Tonight reported.

“You never know,” Gellar said during the BlogHer conference on Friday.

“Hold on – you never know… but that being said, the point of Buffy, what was so special about it was, it was a metaphor of the horrors of high school. The monsters were literally the manifestation of the horrors of that time. That’s a very specific story. I don’t know what that story is now,” she continued.

Gellar was sporting dark tresses at the event, which she said was because she already started working on the “Cruel Intentions” sequel, which is now officially happening.

“Look for an announcement probably next month and a half. The road is taking a little longer than normal,” she said. “We have to do it right. It’s a naughty show and we have to pay homage to what it is.”

Gellar had a lot more than acting on her mind during the conference.

The 39-year-old revealed her support for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, nothing that she’s honored her daughter can see a woman running for President.

“I’m proud (that) I can look at my daughter and if she asks, ‘Can I be President one day?’ I can say yes. My mother couldn’t have said that to me,” the New York native said.

“I have known that family for a very long time, I believe that there is a lot of change that can be made.”
