Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. alum, Luke Mitchell has been cast in a recurring role in season 4 of The Vampire Diaries spin off, Legacies.

Legacies continues the supernatural story started in The Vampire Diaries and continued in The Originals and focuses on Hope, daughter of Original hybrid (both vampire and werewolf) and werewolf alpha Hayley as she attends The Salvatore Boarding School for the Young and Gifted. Luke will play malevolent god, Ken, who wants to take down Hope and reclaim his position as the world’s most powerful being.
