ABC and Marvel have been teasing the forthcoming addition of Dove Cameron to the cast of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. since November, but until now have kept details of her character a secret.

Dove will play Ruby, the daughter of General Hale who appeared in the episode, Rewind. Ruby is described as “a young woman of cunning intelligence who has a mysterious obsession with Daisy Johnson”.

Dove will make her debut on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on 2 March 2018.
