Juliet Landau has released the trailer her directorial debut, A Place Among the Dead. The movie, which is filmed as a documentary follows the story of Jules (Landau) as “driven by the demons of her past, [she] embarks on a journey at the potential cost of everything she knows and loves.”
The movie features cameos by Gary Oldman, Anne Rice, Joss Whedon, Robert Patrick and more.
The movie will be available to stream from 9 November 2020 and you can pre-order here.
There are currently two scheduled digital preview events. The first one will be Starfury’s Halloween Among The Dead on 30 October 2020 which will feature a screening of the movie, Q&A with Juliet Landau and interviews with Harry Groener and Kim Newman as well as opportunities for Zoom meet and greets with Juliet and Harry.
Tickets start from £10 for the screening only can be purchased here.
The second will be on 31 October at Tommorrow’s Ghosts Virtually Halloween Festival 2020. This will include a screening of the movie along with Q&A with Juliet Landau and the supporting cast. Tickets are £15 and can be purchased here.
