Drew Goddard will write and directed the much anticipated X-Force movie, which will feature Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) and Cable (Josh Brolin). X-Force led by Cable, are an off-shoot of the X-Men, and first appeared in the April 1991 issue of New Mutants.

Cable and another X-Force member, Domino (Zazie Beetz) will debut in Deadpool 2.

There is no release date for X-Force yet, but the word is that Goddard is already at work on the script and could start work as soon as he is done with his current project, Bad Times at the El Royale.
