Danny Strong will co-create a new drama for ABC based on Sara Fey’s recent book The Growing Season: How I Built a New Life – and Saved an American Farm. The memoir tells the story of how Sara created her now widely successful family business.

According to Deadline, the project is currently in development and Danny will act as a non-writing executive director, whilst co-creator Collete Burson will be showrunner.
