Christina Hendricks has been cast in Sundance’s Hap and Leonard, a drama set in the 1980s following Hap, a Texas plantation worker who spent time in prison for avoiding the Vietnam War draft, and his best friend Leonard, an angry, gay, Vietnam vet. Christina will play Hap’s ex-wife, Trudy.
The series is based on the novels by Joe Landsdale and will consist of an initial season of six episodes set to air early in 2016.
