The whole point of the movie is that there’s a different way that, as an adult, we can make different choices. But my alter ego is not doing that. She’s making destructive choices. Hopefully, I’m not doing that in real life anymore, but I did for a long time.

“[Travel is important] because otherwise we live in our bubble, and we don’t know what the rest of the world looks like” the mom of two says. “To really have empathy and compassion, you need to know how other people live. And you need to have respect for different cultures… To understand is to experience – that’s here empathy comes from. It’s understanding that everybody has different traditions, and just because they’re different doesn’t mean they’re wrong.”

he actress gives “a huge credit to the producers [who cast] Mulan. “Back then, the whole idea of trying to cast the right ethnic actors for the right ethic characters, I don;t think it was in the back of most people’s minds. So the fact that they really went out and looked for as many actors who were of Asian descent is a real credit to them.”

“I want the world to laugh, I want us to have fun. In America, we have like 40 per cent of people who are pretty solidly, like, alright with racism – what is going on? We’re in a world here where we’re all being attacked for socialism. But it’s like, OK, are there certain elements of socialism that could be kind of cool? Like healthcare and education? Like I love libraries!” They’re social, right?

When I listen to music, I’m definitely moving, dancing, jumping, singing, and this speaker gets really loud. I took it on a recent road trip to Utah with my boyfriend. We rented this beat-up Jeep, and I brought the speaker because I didn’t know if I was going to be able to hook my phone up to the old-ass Jeep. The sound filled the whole car and it always fills every room that I am in. Ten out of ten, would recommend.

“I was offered the part on Supernatural in March of 2012, I think, and I was in the middle of launching a company – a huge company with YouTube, so I wasn’t even thinking about jobs at the time,” Day told IGN about her invite to the franchise. “But when I read the script, I was like, ‘Oh my God! This character’s incredible,’ You don’t see a character like this come along every day. it is just so special, so up my ally.”

“I think I probably had a hunch,” she says. “It seemed to me all the fun of summer, and everybody being outside and finally having some relaxed rules, caught up with everyone, because of the virus. I’m sad that people don’t get to watch it for another half year, but I wasn’t majorly upset because it’s important to look after people right now.”
