Terrence O’Hara who directed 6 episodes of Angel and an episode of Dollhouse passed away aged 76 after a 5 year battle with cancer, on 5 December 2022.
His passing was confirmed by an Instagram post by his daughter, Maddie, who said his loss left a “hole in her heart”. He also leaves behind a wife, son and another daughter.
