Chris Hemsworth and his team, which includes his wife, Elsa Pataky and personal trainer Luke Zocchi) are launching a new health and fitness app next month (February 2019). The app comprises of fitness routines, including boxing weight lifing and HIIT, nutritional guides and recepies (with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options availavble), and mindfulness.

The app, Centr, will be released on 4 February, however is now available to pre-order and, if you sign up via the website, Centr.com, you can become a Founding Member and take advantage of a free 7 day trial and 20% off monthly fees for life.
