Bio

Henry and his twin sister, Heather, were born in Stamford, Connecticut to school teacher mother, Aurelia and IRS Revenue Officer father, Henry. He attended Franlin Pierce University on a basketball scholarship where he earned a business degree and experimented in theatre.

On graduating, Henry breifly worked a Fortune 500 company before heading to New York to pursue an acting career. Here he found his first work in 1994 as a guest star on Saturday Night Live and The Cosby Mysteries as well as a role in movie, Above the Rim. From there he continued guest star work until he landed a recurring role on Another World in 1999 where he remained for two years. His next major role came as Det. Baldwin Jones on NYPD Blue which he played for six seasons from 2000 to 2005 before moving to Los Angeles. Here he where he guest starred in several TV shows including Bones before landing the role of Mack in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
